What to wear for Structural Integration and Myofascial Release sessions: Women – please wear a comfortable 2-piece bathing suit or underwear. Men – please wear briefs or minimal boxers. These kinds of bodywork require work directly to the skin and full-body postural evaluation on the table and standing and don’t use top-sheet draping methods except as needed for warmth.
What to wear for FMS Functional Movement Screen sessions: Please bring athletic attire that is easy to move in. Also, please bring the athletic shoes you typically train in.
What to wear for TRE, Zero Balancing, Somatic Experiencing, or Coaching sessions:
TRE and Zero Balancing are done fully clothed, but we will need loose fitting clothing that allows you perform simple movements. Having upper body layers is helpful because you may get both warm and cool throughout the process. Somatic Experiencing and Coaching are done fully clothed, and no special considerations besides comfort apply.
What to wear for other kinds of bodywork and massage:
For massage/bodywork sessions other than Structural Integration and Myofascial Release your therapist will use standard massage draping so you will undress to whatever level is comfortable underneath the top-sheet.
